What we keep. The title, the list and the dates the organizer wrote, and the name each person who takes something types in. We don't ask for or keep phone numbers or email addresses.
Who sees what. Anyone with a list's link can see it, including the names written in it. The link is hard to guess and doesn't appear in Google, but whoever receives it can pass it on. A first name or a nickname is enough.
For how long. A list is deleted automatically 90 days after its last date. The organizer can delete it at any moment, and anyone who took something can give it back.
What there isn't. No accounts, no passwords, no tracking cookies, and no selling of data. The site's statistics are counted without identifying anyone. Your device remembers the name you typed and the admin link of lists you made, to save typing — it stays on your device only.
Understanding the sentence. To understand the sentence the organizer writes (what, when and how often), that text alone is sent to Google's Gemini service. No participants' names are sent. Google may use that text to improve its services, so it's best not to put personal details in it.
Speaking. If you choose to say the sentence out loud, your phone's or browser's speech service turns it into text. We never receive or keep any recording — only the text that appears in the box.
Where. Data is stored on servers in the European Union (Frankfurt). The site itself is served by Vercel.
Languages. This document exists in several languages. If they differ, the English text governs.
